Even a short session of 15 minutes can bring deep relaxation and stress relief to the most tense employee. A regular number of even these short sessions could bring about deep positive changes to you and your staff, leaving the office a happier and more productive environment.

You can have a full 1 ¼ hour session or, simply a 20 minute Reiki session for the back and neck whilst you sit at your desk.

A full Reiki session requires a quiet room where you can lie down and relax.

A Reiki session can be fitted in between meetings, around your lunchtime or breaks.
